Yesterday, the Nashville staff and residents were so excited when
Dutch Sheets and his family made a surprise visit to the Nashville
home. Dutch and his wife Ceci were in town for business and could not
pass up the opportunity to come by the ministry. During their visit,
Dutch took the time to share a few words of encouragement straight from
his heart to our girls and staff.
Dutch, Senior Pastor of Freedom Church in Colorado Springs, is known
for his passion for prayer and intercession, and is the President and
Co-founder of Dutch Sheets Ministries, a non-profit organization
devoted to passionate prayer and world-changing revival. He is the
author of the best-selling book Intercessory Prayer and eleven other
books including Authority in Prayer and Tell Your Heart to Beat Again.
The Mercy Ministries’ residents are currently going through one of his
teaching series’ called “Becoming Who You Are,” which helps the girls
discover their identity and purpose in Christ. They were so excited to
hear from Dutch in person and have the opportunity to ask questions
about what they are learning.
